Jevgenia is a social worker with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Tallinn University (2018). She has diverse professional experience in the social sector, including work at the Tallinn Children’s Home as well as internships at Rajaleidja and the Tallinn Social Work Center.

She has experience working in the Sütik programme as a support person and social worker, supporting people in job search, applying for social benefits, and in the field of addictions. Elisabeth is a certified counseling psychologist (Level 7) and couples therapist, holding a master’s degree from Tallinn University (2023). She has completed training in cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic family therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and has further developed her skills through numerous professional trainings.

She provides support for stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and other psychological difficulties, placing great importance on a safe and supportive therapeutic environment and collaboration in achieving the client’s goals. Appointments are available in Estonian and English.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at the University of Tartu. He has completed core training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and is currently undertaking training in Schema Therapy. He is also a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).

She works with both children and adults and has extensive experience in the field of chemical addiction, including counseling people with alcohol and drug dependence. She also has many years of experience working with adolescents with behavioral difficulties.

She considers continuous professional development to be essential and has completed numerous advanced trainings, including art therapy, psychodrama, working with people with special needs, and working with both victims of violence and perpetrators of violence. She is currently continuing her professional development in EMDR trauma therapy training.

Eve is an art therapist whose goal is to support people in coping with everyday emotional and relationship-related challenges, helping them better understand and accept themselves, and to change problematic thought and behavior patterns through simple creative therapy techniques.

She has studied art therapy and social work and has further developed her skills in transpersonal psychotherapy, body psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, IMAGO couples therapy, and conscious breathing. In her work, she follows a holistic worldview and considers empathy, presence, and acceptance to be the foundations of therapeutic practice. Berit is a peer support counselor for whom supporting people on their journey of healing and change is deeply meaningful. She values a non-judgmental, empathetic, and individualized approach, where clients are listened to openly and with full presence, creating a safe and trusting space.

She provides counselling as a peer support counsellor in the areas of addictions, LGBT+ issues, fibromyalgia, depression, and anxiety. She has completed basic training in solution-focused brief therapy for peer counsellors, support person training, and basic training in motivational interviewing. She has also completed SMART Recovery training, a science-based recovery program that uses a cognitive-behavioural approach to coping with addictions. In addition, she has studied hypnotherapy for four years, which has deepened her understanding of the human subconscious and the processes of internal change. Sessions are conducted in Estonian.
