Procedure for Handling Complaints and Suggestions<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to provide high-quality, client-centred services. We highly value our clients\u2019 feedback and take all complaints, suggestions, and comments seriously. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submitting a Complaint or Suggestion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can submit a complaint or suggestion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • in writing at our centre at the address Mustam\u00e4e tee 46, Tallinn<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • verbally to the specialist providing the service or to the Service Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Where possible, please provide the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • the date and time of the incident;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the circumstances of the incident in as much detail as possible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the persons involved (if known);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • your contact details so that we can contact you if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Complaints may also be submitted anonymously. In this case, we will not be able to provide you with a personal response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Complaints related to social rehabilitation services may also be submitted to the Estonian Social Insurance Board. info@sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Complaints related to vocational rehabilitation services may also be submitted to the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund. info@tootukassa.ee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Handling a Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • We will acknowledge receipt of a complaint or suggestion as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • We review all submissions impartially and confidentially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Where necessary, we gather additional information and involve the relevant employees in the review process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • We generally provide a written response within 30 \u043a\u0430\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0434\u0430\u0440\u043d\u044b\u0445 \u0434\u043d\u0435\u0439<\/strong> of receiving the complaint. If more time is required to process the complaint, we will inform the complainant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Suggestions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We also welcome suggestions for improving our services, work organisation, and client experience. All suggestions are reviewed and, where possible, implemented as part of the development of our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            All complaints and suggestions are handled in accordance with applicable legislation and personal data protection requirements. Submitting a complaint does not affect the Client\u2019s right to receive high-quality and equal treatment in the provision of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you have the right to contact the competent supervisory authority or other relevant legal authority, depending on the nature of the matter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
