Your path to recovery
Empathetic and experienced specialists
Our goal is to help you find effective solutions and support you in achieving your goals—whether that means better mental health, a more balanced lifestyle, or recovery from addiction. We approach each individual personally, taking into account their unique background, needs, and strengths.
As part of the service, we create a safe and supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly and securely. We support you both in planning practical steps and in restoring inner balance, self-confidence, and coping skills.

Psychological counselling
Psychological counseling can help in the following areas: reducing stress and anxiety, addressing depression and mood disorders, working through trauma and addictions, resolving relationship issues, improving self-esteem and self-confidence, adapting to life changes, and much more.

Addiction counseling
Addiction counseling is suitable for people who are struggling with various forms of addiction, such as alcohol, drugs, smoking, gambling, or digital addiction. This type of counseling helps to understand the underlying causes of addiction, reduce its harmful impact, and supports the journey toward recovery and a more stable lifestyle.

Art therapy
Art therapy focuses on self-expression, developing self-awareness, and discovering inner resources, offering a safe space to explore one’s thoughts and feelings. It helps enhance emotional well-being, coping skills, and self-confidence in everyday life.

Peer support
Peer support counseling is a supportive and empowering form of counseling in which the counselor draws on their own lived experiences to offer guidance and support to people facing similar challenges. A peer support counselor has personally experienced the issues they now support others with (such as addiction, mental health difficulties, chronic illness, trauma, or grief) and has completed formal training as a peer support counselor.

Social counseling
The aim of social counseling is to create solutions that take into account an individual’s needs and resources, and to support them in coping with life’s challenges, helping to achieve greater stability and satisfaction with life.
During social counseling, clients are supported in planning necessary services, preparing documents, finding solutions to everyday life challenges, and communicating with various institutions.

Social rehabilitation
Social rehabilitation service is a social service designed to support people with disabilities and/or reduced work capacity in coping with everyday life. Through this service, the individual and their family learn how to better manage daily life while taking into account special needs arising from health conditions. The aim of social rehabilitation is to teach and develop coping skills, increase opportunities for participation in social life, and support learning and preparation for employment. The services are organized and funded by the Social Insurance Board.

Unemployment Insurance Fund services
Counseling services are provided by the Unemployment Insurance Fund for individuals who are registered as unemployed or who have received a notice of redundancy. If you wish to use the service, please discuss it with your Unemployment Insurance Fund counselor, who will provide more detailed information and, if necessary, refer you to the service.

Work-related rehabilitation
The aim of work-related rehabilitation is to support individuals in preparing for employment, entering the workforce, or continuing to work. For students, it involves supporting the continuation of their studies and preparation for working life, ensuring a smooth transition into the labor market.

Project ISTE
The aim of the service is to provide people with mental disorders the necessary support and to assist their recovery journey, contributing to improved coping ability and quality of life following mental health challenges.
